Earlier this year, L.A. Gear announced their collaboration with multi-platinum recording artist and previous YRB cover feature artist, Tyga for their first highly anticipated classic light up shoe re-launch.

On October 4th, Tyga celebrated the duo’s latest sneaker collaboration and debuts the long awaited release, dubbed “Liquid Silver L.A. Lights”, for fans at the Footaction store in Las Vegas.

The event, held at Footaction’s newest location in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, displayed the brand new shoe.

“We are proud to partner with Footaction on the unveiling of Liquid Silver L.A. Lights”, said Lance Jackson, President of L.A. Gear. “We believe this partnership is a perfect fit for our loyal customers and where better to have debuted our new launch than at their new location”.

The “Liquid Silver L.A. Lights” flaunt bold and streetwise energy and feature a luminous metallic silver upper and a white sole with the signature L.A. Gear lights in the heel. A few lucky fans received autographs from TYGA and were able to ask the designer and musician how this shoe design came about with questions with radio station HOT 97.5 Vegas.
