Virgin Gaming announced today that they will be bringing their online tournament service to Microsoft’s Xbox Live later this year. Xbox 360 gamers around the world will be able to compete in a variety of free and paid tournaments after downloading the Virgin Gaming application to their console. Much like they already do on their official website, Virgin will host tournaments for some of today’s biggest games with partners such as Ubisoft, 2K Sports, and EA Sports.
“The new application on Xbox LIVE delivers unparalleled accessibility for all gamers to compete like never before in the biggest tournaments, for the biggest prizes with a growing selection of new games to choose from,” said Virgin Gaming President Billy Levy in a press release. “This is truly game changing.”
