PacSun and MTV have joined forces to give two lucky winners the chance to attend the the 2011 MYV Video Music Awards taking place Sunday August 28th. Contestants can enter by submitting a 250 word essay, with an optional photo, describing how they “Dress Irresponsibly.” The essays should be submitted to www.pacsun.mtv.com between June 30 and July 21.
