New York Coffee Festival Set To Take Over NYC October 6-8, 2023

Get your coffee cups ready – The New York Coffee Festival is back!

New York City’s flagship coffee event, the Festival will be taking over the Metropolitan Pavilion this weekend (October 6th-8th) for three days of non-stop coffee, tea, food, music, art, and more. Attendees can look forward to over 100 exhibitors, including: Parlor Coffee, Blueberry Roasters, Blank Street, Rishi Tea, Matcha Direct, De’Longhi, Bodum, Oatly, Raaka Chocolate, Aeropress, and so many more.

Kicking off the weekend will be the annual CEO Forum, which welcomes leaders from across New York’s vibrant coffee shop scene for an afternoon of talks, interviews, business insight and lively discussion. This year’s theme is People and Talent Management, with the expert panel exploring how coffee and hospitality businesses can attract, retain and develop the next generation of talented workers in today’s tough recruitment environment.

Throughout the Festival attendees are encouraged to check out The Lab, designed to offer visitors an array of interactive demonstrations, workshops and tasting sessions, as well as fascinating talks and lively debates on everything from creating healthier working environments for baristas to sustainability in the coffee industry.

Also returning this year is The Sensory Experience, led by F+B Therapy and featuring Nonni’s Biscotti. This year’s theme is BITTER SWEET, with a sensory maze designed to manipulate your tastebuds and teach you how to identify new and different flavor profiles.

Learn the art of the coffee cocktail during The Smirnoff Cocktail Masterclass. Smirnoff, the world’s number one vodka, has teamed up with the New York Coffee Festival and Mr. Black to give a masterclass on shaking up delicious cocktails. Each 45-minute session will be led by Stephen Kurpinsky, US Brand Ambassador at Mr. Black Spirits. Guests will embark on an immersive learning experience that will teach them how to create the perfect Espresso Martini as well as a bespoke cocktail that has been created especially for the New York Coffee Festival.

Attendees can also look forward to an amazing lineup of live music courtesy of  The Coffee Music Project as well as an incredible art gallery showcasing coffee artist and illustrator Coffee Illusco thanks to The Coffee Art Project. Grab a bite at the Street Food Market – featuring Jessy’s Pastries, Two Hands, Le Phin, and more – and then catch a song or take in a beautiful work of art.

Other features lined up for this year include: Coffee Masters NYC, Latte Art Live, The Roasters Village, and so much more. Be sure to check out all of the various giveaways and competitions as well!

In addition to all of the Festival’s incredible offerings, 100% of profits will be donated to NYC-based Charity: water partnering with Project Waterfall to deliver life-changing water projects in coffee-growing regions. Since 2011, Project Waterfall has raised over $2 million, bringing clean water to more than 80,000 people across seven countries.
