
Including the works of celebrated international artists Blair Breitenstein, William Broome, Emma Block, Jon Burgerman, Thomas Cian, Mara Louise Cespon, Eric Chase Anderson, Christopher Corr, Bil Donovan, Uri Fink, Meagan Morrison, Peter Millard, Emiliano Ponzi, Katie Rodgers,Gary Webb, Hayden Williams and Samuel Zealey, Colour Your City showcased illustrations inspired by the artist’s home city utilizing Winsor & Newton’s new line of Pigment Markers.
The attendance of over 200 guests, including select media, tastemakers, and brand advocates first enjoyed complimentary champagne, cocktails and canapés as showcased artists Carlos Aponte, Jon Burgerman, Bil Donovan, Meagan Morrison, and Katie Rodgers participated in a live drawing of an exquisite-corpse (exquisite cadaver) and Q&A session discussing their process, profession and experience utilizing the new revolutionary Pigment Marker.
Attendees were then invited to meet the artists and entertained by music and interactive demo stations where they could put their own hand to the paper with Pigment Markers.

Following its New York show, the Colour Your City exhibit will move on to the Institute of Contemporary Art in London, and end in Paris in early 2016. A portion of proceeds from the Society of Illustrators event, as well as the touring exhibition, will benefit the nonprofit organization Star for Life.
