Event Recap: Main Street Research Grand Opening in New York City
The celebration included a Toys for Tots campaign
On December 5, 2024, YRB attended the grand opening of the new offices of Main Street Research on 5th Avenue in New York City.
The private event was hosted by James Demmert and Pauline Argenson that included a campaign for Toys for Tots.
Several U.S. Marines Corps were in attendance and collected the unwrapped toys that were enough to bring joy to over 100 children for the holidays.
Founded in 1947 by reservist Major Bill Hendricks,Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve which distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas.
Guests enjoyed cocktails, a special menu prepared by Savory Bites NYC and a musical performance by the The SugarPlums.
