On Wednesday, February 5th,2020 YRB attended the 4th edition of FASHINNOVATION , the NYFW conference with the most influential names in fashion and technology.
The full-day event took place at Bohemian National Hall, where guests kicked off the morning with Influencer turned Entrepreneur, Arielle Charnas, and her newly appointed CEO of Something Navy, Matt Scanlan.
Throughout the day, international business leaders such as Lucie Brigham, Chief of Office for Partnerships at United Nations, as well as Livia Firth, Founder and Creator of Eco-Age, ignited the room with influential discussions surrounding sustainability and creating impact, conscious luxury via technology and design, and more.
The event continued with powerful conversations between Supermodel, Coco Rocha and CEO at Diane von Furstenberg, Sandra Campos, who spoke to women’s empowerment, among others.
The event closed with keynote speaker, Jeffrey Tweedy, Co-Founder & President at Sean John, who spoke with Alexandra Finkel, Director of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion at Bustle Media Group, to discuss how he’s created a legacy brand, and what’s next for the industry.
Following the event, Co-founders of Fashinnovation, Jordana and Marcelo Guimarães, toasted with guests at a cocktail reception featuring a Bossa Nova music performance by Alexia Bomtempo.
