On June 14, 2023, Tribeca Festival, presented by OKX, hosted Tribeca X in partnership with Tubi and Brand Storytelling. The event was held at the Tribeca Festival hub at Spring Studios in New York City and featured live conversations with leading voices in advertising and entertainment.
Highlights included: keynote speaker Diane von Furstenberg discussing the origins of her company and the importance of using her voice to encourage and inspire others with Seth Meyers;
Al Roker, John Deere’s Mara Downing, and Emmy-nominated Producer/ Director Eternal Polk discussing the rise of brand storytelling as a change agent:
and CEO of Vayner Media Gary Vaynerchuk discussing what’s next in the world of streaming with CRO of Tubi Mark Rotblat.
Additional speakers included CMO of OKX Haider Rafique, Global CMO of GE Linda Boff, SVP Strategy & Innovation of General Motors Alan Wexler, CEO of Grindr George Arison, and others.
Also, today the winners of the 2023 Tribeca X Awards were unveiled in five categories: Features, Shorts, Series, Audio, and Immersive. The awards recognize the achievements of companies and creators who share a mission to connect with consumers through the power of storytelling.
