
Fernanado Ruiz Lorenzo has announced the opening of the solo exhibition Rise To The Occasion displaying work by New York City based Cope 2. A new original mix of media paintings and giclée prints, which in other words are reproductions of artwork made with a high-resolution printer, done by Cope 2 will be showcased in Miami, Florida next month and fans won’t want to miss it. Lovers of modern art will be able to attend exhibition from December 1 through December 4, 2011. This is Cope 2’s first solo exhibition in The Wynwood Arts District of Miami and he will be making a massive first impression at the location with his new collection of works utilizing his signature bubble letter and distinctive lettering style. Cope 2 varies his collection with aerosol, enamel, and acrylic paints offering a fresh new showcase of compositions filled with collages, messages, stylized tags and symbolic imagery. The curator Ruiz Lorenzo and organizer Soraya Maelyng Marquez will be opening the sure-to-be marvelous event on Thursday, Dec 1st at 167 NW 25th street, The Wynwood Arts District of Miami, Florida 33127 at 7 pm to 10 pm. Gallery hours for December 2 -4 are from 11 am – 7 pm.
