Converse Rubber Tracks Celebrates One Year Anniversary

Converse is celebrating one year of giving back to the music community with it’s celebration for Rubber Tracks. Converse Rubber Tracks is a state-of-the-art recording studio that is located in the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY. Through Converse Rubber Tracks, Converse is giving back to the creative community that has embraced the brand throughout its over 100 year history. Converse Rubber Tracks provides a platform for artists to unleash their creative spirit that will change the world.
Converse Rubber Tracks is already in motion on several new initiatives that will not only mark the celebration of their first anniversary but provide opportunities for exposure beyond the studio walls. The following initiatives will be rolled out over the next few months:
- Converse Rubber Tracks Live – A bi-monthly, free concert series held at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg headlined by one of today’s most hotly-tipped artists and featuring opening slots for Converse Rubber Tracks recording artists, hand-picked by the headliner. The series kicks-off June 30,2012 with headlining act White Rabbits and Converse Rubber Tracks recording artists We Barbarians.
- Converse Rubber Tracks Facebook Application – Converse Rubber Tracks will be available at the touch of one’s fingertip with the new Converse Rubber Tracks Facebook Application. Launching June 30, 2012, the new application will feature short-films and music by Converse Rubber Tracks recording artists and up-to-the-minute announcements from the studio.
- Crest Fest 2012 – In celebration of the 2012 Crest Hardware Art Show, Converse Rubber Tracks will co-present the main music stage at Crest Fest 2012 on June 30, 2012. Established as one of Brooklyn’s biggest art and music festivals, this year’s festival will feature live performances by Converse Rubber Tracks recording artists Aaberaki and Grey Sky Appeal. Crest Fest 2012 is a free, all ages day event located at 558 Metropolitan Avenue Brooklyn, NY.
