Despite being in some legal hot water last week for sampling The Eagles, R&B newcomer Frank Ocean is still feeling the love from the mainstream music world. Coldplay, another music giant sampled by Frankie on his 2011 debut nostalgia, Ultra, is taking the rapidly rising singer on the beginning leg of their European tour.
Frank Ocean sampled Coldplay’s “Strawberry Swing” on the first track of his album, so European fans of both the UK pop giants and the prodigal crooner can only hope for an onstage duet. At the very least, they can feel relief that Frankie’s not getting sued again.
