While Marvel’s ultra-hyped The Avengers is less than a month away, the film’s stars apparently shot one last scene this week. According to IGN, Robert Downey Jr, the Hollywood face of Iron Man, said that the cast was filming the night of Wednesday’s premiere. While director Joss Whedon said Downey’s comments were a joke, Avengers star and Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo said “All I know is that someone came in with the costume and said, ‘Here’s some wardrobe. We don’t know where you’re going to be or what you’re doing.'”
Could this be a post-credits surprise to set up the upcoming Thor, Captain America, and Iron Man sequels? We’ve only got a few weeks left to wait and see!
