Alexander Skarsgård receives The IMDb STARmeter Award At The 2019 Tribeca Film Festival @IMDb @krauss_dan @tribeca #Tribeca2019

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 IMDb, the world’s most popular and authoritative source for movie, TV and celebrity content, presented the IMDb “Fan Favorite” STARmeter Award to Alexander Skarsgård at the IMDbPro party for the world premiere of his film The Kill Team at the Tribeca Film Festival!

The cast arrived at the party located at The Ainsworth – FiDi in a great mood after a packed premiere in a primetime festival slot.

Notable guests such as  Nat Wolff and beloved girlfriend Grace Van Patten were seen arriving together.

Partygoers sipped on delicious movie-themed cocktails such as the Producer, Screenwriter, Guest Star, Director, and Leading Lady as they danced the night away.


During the party, Stellan Skarsgård arrived and had a father-son moment with Alexander, celebrating his second son to receive the STARmeter award.

Later in the evening, Alexander, Stellan and the film’s director Dan Krauss closed the party down after hours and took photos with all of the guests!


IMDb STARmeter Awards recognize entertainment industry luminaries who are fan favorites on the IMDbPro STARmeter chart, which is determined by the page views of the more than 250 million unique monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide. Previous IMDb STARmeter Award Recipients include Skarsgård’s brother, Bill, as well as Sam Rockwell, Tatiana Maslany, Brie Larson, Felicity Jones, Olivia Wilde, Bryce Dallas Howard, Peter Dinklage, Miles Teller, and Mindy Kaling.
